I completely forgot I had started this blog. I came to start another one and here this one sits. I'm a horrible, terrible, no good, very bad blogger. Is there a 'worst blogger' award(?), because I would totally get it!
I may change the name of this blog to 'Spend the Day with Erika J.' but not right now. I think it's pretty catchy, no?
Anyway, since I'm picking up this whole blogging thing again (yeah right! see ya in 4 months!), I have a question for all of you. Okay, I have a couple of questions.
1)I'm trying to come up with a name for my photography business. I liked "Harmless Photography" BUT others seemed to think that it made it sound like it could be 'not so harmless' after all. The reason for the Harmless part is because I have always used the screen name HarmlessDove on message boards and such. Even my email address is HarmlessDove@xxxxxx.xxx. It's taken from the bible verse about being wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove. So, here's the question. What do YOU think it should be? I was going to go with 'Captured by Erika J', but after a few weeks of tossing it around in my head, I'm not so sure I like it anymore. I also thought about 'Eye of the Beholder Photography', but it's taken. I want something different, something that will capture people's attention. I guess my work is what will capture their attention but I don't want them to feel stupid telling others what company did their photography. :0D
Wow. I said a lot just to ask one question.
2)Do you think it would be weird to have an editing business? I like to take people's dull photos or photos that didn't turn out quite like they expected, and editing them to make them look more clean and professional. I want it to be separate from the photography business so that it doesn't confuse people and they know what I'm offering. Soooooo, now I have TWO things I need a name for. What do you think I should name my editing business?

Name: "worth 1,000 words" Photography.....that is if it's available....and as for the picture editing..I couldn't think of a better person to spice up a dull photo...I say go for it!
