Just when I thought it was almost over...

Man, these steroids are kicking Maddie's booty and mine, too. It's like having a tantrum, well, on steroids. I can't decide who's going insane faster, me or her. I think she said "Dada hold me" at least 49478957934 times earlier this afternoon and it didn't matter that I constantly said "Dada's at work", she insisted Dada hold her. Ugh.

Right before her tantrum, she said she wanted to nap, so we proceeded to get ready to nap and then the tantrum hit, which delayed naptime for about 30 minutes. During that 30 minute delay, Maddie & I had a brawl. She almost broke my arm & hand. LOL. Okay, it wasn't that serious, but I have RA, so it felt like she almost broke them. *sigh*

Kailee has sneezed for the past 2 days and now she's starting to cough. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooo!!! (make sure you read that as it's typed. start out loud and then slowly get quieter. it's adds more effect to what I'm saying. :0D) <<< that looks like my smiley has a double chin. Okay, I'm totally getting sidetracked...
I called the doctor earlier and they called in a cough syrup. My children DO NOT do well with antihistamines. Instead of them getting sleepy, they go bonkers. Have I said UGH yet?

This too shall pass. Verrrrrrrrrrrryyyy sloooowlyyyyy.
The worst part of this? My husband being sick. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Ladies, YOU KNOW what I mean! *smirk*

The orthopedic appointment I had today, that I have continuously put off, that I had every intention of going to this time, was rescheduled BY THE DOCTOR for next week. After feeling like Maddie broke my arm earlier, I really needed to go. LOL

Okay, let's talk about something else besides sickness & doctors.
Let's discuss...... VACATION!

I am planning on going on vacation for mine & my mom's birthday. Her birthday is 4/6, my birthday is 4/8. We decided to celebrate together this year since I was with other family last year. We are heading to the Isle of Palms, SC, or so we thought. We were leaving on April 6th, but finding a place to stay that we all agree on hasn't happened yet and since time is creeping up pretty quickly, we have delayed it to May 4th. I still plan on going to the Isle of Palms area because I LOVE it there, but I may look into other area beaches instead.

Anyone out there familiar with the area? Anyone know anything about Folly Beach? I know it's around there somewhere. I should probably google it (uh, I mean swagbucks search it) while I'm thinking about it. We want oceanfront. The reason for loving IOP so much is because it is VERY private, There's like, 1 hotel there. You have to rent out houses & condos in order to stay anywhere else on the beach. It.is.awesome. *sigh* Vacation can't get here soon enough. My birthday, however, can stay away.
